This is a day of hands-on, practical skills every woman should know, but most of us were never taught.

Change a flat tyre
Use strops to secure a load on a trailer
Jump start a flat battery
Teaching impact of tone of voice and stance with a horse communication drill
Shooting an air rifle (girls aged 12 to 16)
Shooting a shotgun (women aged 16 and over)
Backing a trailer (women aged 16 and over)
Every participant get access to the Practical Confidence Online Course with instructional videos and PDF print outs
