The assignments at the end of each module are not long essays, they are short, real-world tasks you choose to complete if you want to cement the learning. If you would like additional and specific feedback and guidance from Laura, you can upload the assignment in the course portal and Laura will personally review and respond with advice.

100% yes. The lessons and tools in our online programmes are designed for women and girls of all ages earn confidence in their abilities. Each learning video has a description of its contents so you can clearly see what topics are covered and you can decide which modules you would like to work through with your daughter. We highly recommend doing this with them if you can as it will speed up the confidence building journey for you and your daughter(s) and help keep you accountable.

Absolutely. I am a busy working Mum too, so I get it. All courses have been designed with busy Mums in mind so the modules are broken down into short, engaging videos that can be watched when it suits you. For the longer videos there are audio files so you can listen while you drive/cook dinner/do life! I have also included downloadable PDF summaries with all the tools and advice so you don't have to take notes as you watch/listen. Small consistent work over time is encouraged as this is what leads to real change, so take your time, one learning video at a time!

Each course has been built with experts in their fields and there are links to each of their own online businesses in each module. If after completing the Southern Girl Finishing School or one of our other online courses you decide that you want to get deeper into a subject (personal, physical, physical, financial or sexual confidence) then you can connect directly with the module facilitator and get deeper into the learning!

Yes, absolutely. That's actually the whole point of the 1:1 Mentorship. It's not a set curriculum you're pushed through, it's built around what's actually going on for you. Whether that's confidence at work, a relationship you're navigating, setting boundaries you've been avoiding, or something else entirely, we start with your specific situation and work from there. You'll get a DiSC profile to build some self awareness, full access to the Finishing School as a resource alongside our sessions, and Laura's full attention on the problems that actually matter to you right now.

It’s a practical, expert-led online course designed to help women build real confidence through action, not just theory. You’ll work through five core modules focused on personal , practical, physical, financial, and sexual confidence. Each module requires you to upload evidence of small, real-world assignments before you can get into the next module. This is not self-help fluff. It’s a full confidence reset, rooted in real life and these lessons and skills can then be passed on to other women in your life.

Not exactly. None of the themes and lessons in here are 'adult only' content, but if you are a mum wanting to help your daughter earn confidence then I recommend doing this programme with her so you can guide her through and reinforce the concepts too.

The Southern Girl Finishing School isn’t about hitting a certain birthday, but the content is written for mums with teenage daughters to help them earn confidence together.
